My book is coming out
My slightly revised Phd thesis is forthcoming on Cascade Books (an imprint of Wipf and Stock). I am still correcting proofs, and I haven’t made the index yet (which for stupid reasons I have decided to do myself), so I’m not entirely sure when it will be out.
